Cancellations and Refunds

Payment is due prior to beginning of session and is non refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance and will be credited for reschedule. Cancellations made after 48 hours will not be credited and considered forfeited. Cancellations due to inclement weather, illness or valid emergency from either client or Barks and Rec will be fully credited.

Equipment

Dogs should wear flat buckle collar and/or harness. Trainer will not use prong, choke, pinch or shock collars. For safety retractable leashes will not be permitted during training sessions; four- six foot standard leash is recommended.

Jump Start, packages and reschedule expirations

Jump Start program, and prepaid packages and credited reschedules will expires after two months.

Medical concerns

Dogs should have veterinarian approval prior to beginning training program. Dogs should be in good health at time of training. Dogs that are ill, injured or carrying parasites will need to postpone training. Please schedule at least 24 hours after last dose or medication or vaccination.
